All pet kitten owners will be asked to sign this Contract of Care, it is done purely to safe guard the welfare of any of my kittens, please read it carefully.   I do not sell any kittens without this Agreement being signed.

The Purchaser agrees to the following:

  1. Under no circumstances will this cat or its prodigy be leased, given away or sold to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility.
  2. This cat is a pet and cannot be bred from .
  3. This cat must be neutered/spayed between 5/7months depending on your vet’s advice.  On receipt of a neutering certificate, your registration slip will be sent to you.  (Pink slip from GCCF confirming your cat has been registered, or Blue Transfer slip from Tica.)
  4. If you are unhappy with your kitten within seven days of purchase, if you return your kitten, we will give you a full refund.   NO cash refunds will be given after this date.
  5. Sarikakings has the first refusal right to the sale and placement of the cat if the Purchaser should ever decide to rehome.  Please contact us FIRST if you can no longer look after your kitten/cat.
  6. Your kitten comes with 6 weeks Pet insurance with Petplan, it is advisable to have your kitten checked by your own vet during the time of the six week policy.

 Health Guarantee

 Our kittens come to you with their up to date immunizations, they have all be wormed regularly, we guarantee them to be in good health at the time of sale.  If the kitten should die to congenital defect (which may not be apparent in early life) within the first twelve months, we will replace with a kitten of comparable quality and value when available.

The Grove Vet Clinic, Fakenham, examined all of our kittens at least twice.  Our vet is Dr Mark Reading telephone number 01328 862137.  He will always be happy to speak to your vet if need be.

 Most importantly, the Purchaser agrees to provide their KITTEN with a good quality of life and lots of love
